• A verified service-related issue cannot be reasonably corrected.

Refunds will generally not be provided where:

• The customer changes their mind after the service has been completed.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch or before work has commenced.

If an order has already been processed, shipped, or a technician has been assigned or materials purchased specifically for the project, cancellation fees may apply.

7. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider but are generally completed within 7–14 business days after approval.

8. Shipping Costs

Shipping, delivery, and transportation charges are generally non-refundable unless:

• The wrong product was supplied by NechlinPlumbing Ltd.;

• The product arrived damaged due to our handling; or

• Applicable law requires otherwise.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a verified defective product.
